MaxiSat Healthcare provides physician-ordered skilled services delivered by licensed healthcare professionals in accordance with the New Jersey Department of Health and CMS Conditions of Participation. Services include Skilled Nursing, Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, and Speech-Language Pathology, all delivered under a coordinated plan of care developed, implemented, and reviewed by a Registered Nurse and the interdisciplinary care team.
Clinical supervision ensures accurate assessment, medication and disease management, rehabilitation progress tracking, and timely communication with physicians to support patient safety, quality outcomes, and regulatory compliance.
